How to use:
1. Clear the contaminants like water, dusts, oil of the substrate surface to keep it clean, dry and smooth. Otherwise, it would effect the solidifying speed and intensity. For metal material, remove the oil and dust firstly, the wash the surface with acetone, ethyl ester. For non-metals, wash the surface with methyl chloroform.
2. Pierce the nozzle with the cap. Coat the gasket from the outer edge to inner edge at about 1.6-3.2mm thickness.
3. The surface of adhesive film will create reaction in about 10-20 minutes. Then press and tighten the two sealing sides.
4. The best time to use: at temperature 20-25℃.
Warning:
1. Wear leather gloves while operating with the adhesive.
2. In case of skin or eye contact, flush with water and seek medical attention immediately.
3. Keep out of reach of children.
4. In the even of mass use, make a pre-test.
Storage:
1. Store the adhesive in shady, dry, well-ventilated place and away from heat.
2. Keep the working place well-ventilated.
Application:
This product could be applied to automobiles, motorcycles, marine engines, gear boxes, fuel tank, pipeline pumps and also to flat flanges, pipe joints, sealing cover joints in other mechanical equipment.
