Q1:Are you a manufacturer?

Q2:Can I get some samples?
Answer:Yes. Sample fee is returnable if you place orders.
Q3:Can you accept OEM order?
Answer:Yes, customize product is available. Please send your designed pictures to us then we will discuss with our professional designers team and will send CAD drawing for your review and confirmation.
Q4:How does your quality control since you know I am not in China?
Answer:We have a complete QC system to manage our quality, our QC team will be tracing difference phase of production from beginning, such as raw material checking, leather or fabric confirmation and package test during production. The most important we will be self-inspection before cargo ship out and will take product pictures and quality report to each customer that you ordered from us. No matter you are first time to cooperate with us or you had ordered many times.
Q5:What's the lead time? How do you payment term?
Answer:The lead time is about 45-60 days after received your deposit.Our payment term is usually paid 30% deposit by T/T before production and 70% balance should be paid off upon the copy of B/L.
