A:Our company is specialized in manufacturing automatic car washing machines including touchless car wash,brush roll over car wash and other related equipment for vehicle maintenance.
Q2. What is the machine warranty?
A: Three years . We will provide free spare parts in warranty.And we will provide spare parts and technical support for whole life span.
Q3. What is the delivery time?
A: 7-14 days
Q4. How about the machine installation and training ?
A: We will provide fundamental plan and installation manual.
Q5. How can you assure the machines’quality?
A: Every machine will be tested by our quality control department before delivery to assure the quality. We will provide free spare parts due to any defect of the machine in warranty.
Q6. What’s the payment term?
A: T/T 30% in advance, the balance shall be paid before delivery. We also accept payment by West Union,L/C at sight,D/P at sight.
