Q2: Do you have any certificate?
A: As a professional manufacturer of gifts and crafts, our factory has passed DISNEY, BSCI Audited Report for many years. Quality has passed SGS, Sumerra etc.
Q3: Can we visit your factory?
A: Your visiting will be high appreciated, our factory is located in Quanzhou City, FuJian Province, China, about 1.5 hours bus ride from Xiamen and about 45 minutes taxi ride from Jinjiang Airport. Please let us know your schedule, we will arrange driver to pick you up.
Q4: Could you accept custom design?
A: Of course, We accept all kinds of custom designs from customers. Then taking photos for customer confirm after sculpture finishing. Or you can make some revise if you feel it is not workable. The painting color depending on customers’ request also.
Q5: How to certify the quality?
A: Firstly the samples’ effect you can know from. When bulk production, our products are made strictly by many procedures, they would be selected several times before finished, and one more checking before delivery.
