Main Features of FTL Centrifugal concentrator Machine
The FTL Centrifugal concentrator centrifuge is also called centrifuge, which belongs to the classification of heavy separation equipment. The centrifugal force is produced when the centrifuge is rotating at high speed, which strengthens the re selection process, and makes the fine ore particles recover more effectively. The recovery of tungsten tin ore, lead-zinc ore, gold and silver ore, ilmenite and other minerals with particle size less than 3mm can reach more than 90%, and the grade is increased by 15%, and the enrichment effect is very significant.
1. High recovery and low water consumption
FTL Centrifugal concentrator are more effective in the treatment of fine slime. The recovery rate of 3 mm size is as high as 90%, and the water consumption is reduced by 30% to 40%. The separation of ore particles in centrifugal concentrator is based on the combined action of centrifugal force and transverse flow film, so the common enrichment ratio is higher than that of plane gravity chute.
2. Large capacity and low production cost
FTL Centrifugal concentrator centrifugal force is used by the centrifuge to strengthen the gravity separation process and shorten the separation time. Therefore, the processing capacity of the centrifuge is about 10 times that of the automatic chute.
3. Small floor area, high degree of automation

Product application
The drum of mineral processing FTL Centrifugal concentrator centrifuge rotates at a high speed with a certain number of revolutions. After 3 minutes of separation, the ore separator automatically turns away from the original normal position and stops feeding ore into the drum. Then the high-pressure flushing water valve automatically opens and the concentrate deposited on the inner wall of the drum is washed down by the high-pressure flushing water. After the concentrate is washed out, the high-pressure water valve automatically closes and the ore is discharged after the concentrate is discharged The separator and feeder separator reset automatically to start the next separation cycle.
