Q2.What's the lead time for samples or mass production?
A2: Normally, it takes 15-25 days to produce samples; as for mass production, it will take 35-45 days for BLDC motor and gearbox motor after sample confirmed. Or please contact us by email for specific lead time base on your order quantities.
Q3. Could you kindly offer the quotation for this motor?
A3: Sure. All of our DC motors are customized based on different application requirements. We will provide the quotation soon after you send your specific requests and annual quantity.
Q4. Could you offer some kinds of accessories like encoder, PCB, connector, soldering wired for the dc motors?
A4: We are devoting to making BLDC motors, gearbox motors, wheel hub motors, and servo motors. Also accessories can do involving magnetic encoders, PCBA or controller, soldering wire,etc. For us, ODM/OEM designs are warmly welcome!
Q5. Are you motors certificated with UL, CB Tüv, CE?
A5: All of our motors are UL, CB Tüv, CE compliant, and all our components are making under REACH and ROHS. Yateng could provide motor's drawing and BOM for your products UL certificated. We also could make motors built-in filters based on your EMC directive for your EMC passing.
