Reverse shift pressure switch
The function of reverse gear is very simple, that is to make the vehicle drive and reverse, but this function is indispensable for any vehicle. In vehicles with manual transmission, the reverse gear also has the function of braking on the slope. When parking on the downhill section, the drive shaft can be mechanically locked by engaging the reverse gear.
The reverse light switch of the manual transmission is located on the transmission housing, while the automatic transmission does not have a separate reverse light switch, which is located in the gear sensor on the shift shaft.
Automobile reverse gear is an important part of automobile, and its functions are as follows: 1. Turn on the reverse gear of the car to facilitate reversing. Improve the purpose of fast turning and turning. 2. Turn off the reverse gear of the car, and the car can't reverse. 3. Turning on the car reversing switch will turn on the reversing light and reversing radar. The working principle of the reversing lamp switch is a normally open switch (normally closed). When the reversing lamp switch is in reverse gear, the mechanical mechanism presses the switch contact to close the circuit, the reversing lamp lights up, and the reversing warning sounds. When the reverse gear is disengaged, the switch contact pops up and the reverse gear lamp circuit closes again. The reversing light switch of the tractor is generally installed on the transmission. The reversing light switch is triggered by the pit on the transmission lever. Its circuit is shown in Figure a. During operation, due to the continuous high temperature of the transmission, the insulating rubber inside the switch is prone to aging and failure, and the switch capacity is too small. Under normal conditions, when the two headlights at the rear of the tractor and the reversing buzzer work at the same time, the current through the switch can reach 7A, and the contact is easy to produce electric spark and burn under high temperature. The service life of the original reversing lamp switch is only one month. Due to the narrow installation position, the replacement is inconvenient and time-consuming.
