3. Following situation, spare parts are out of the after-sale sercice:

4. Wheelchair & spare part are out of after-sale servise, if the following conditions occur:
A. Damaged as for the abuse, misoperation, accident and negligence.
B. Damaged by incorrect operation, maintenance, and storing
C. The wheelchair used for commerial or other non-normal using situation
Whatever wheelchair or spare parts, the charge of shipping is not by YOUJIE.
