Q: What is the Power for the Fridge
A: You can use the fridge in the car to insert the cigerate lighter, or use at home with the adaptor. Also you can choose our power bank to use the fridge outside.
Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located at Foshan, China. Near to Guangzhou (Around 1 and a half hour by car), also we have showroom in Guangzhou near the airport.
Q: what size of car freezer do you have?
A: We have 20L/30L/35L/40L/45L/50L/75L/95L and other customized size
Q: What is your sample policy? Will you offer free sample?
A: Because each fridge is not a cheap item, we cannot offer free sample. Usually, customers pay our car fridge samples and ship at the cost of their own. If later set order more than 100pcs, we will refund the sample fridge cost.
Q: What payment terms?
A: T/T 30% deposit, balance against the copy of B/L
Q: Can we do OEM orders? Any extra charge if you want to print your own logo on products or packaging?
A: Yes, we have the ability to do the OEM orders, usually, there is an extral charge for printing LOGO on products and the packaging, well, it also depends on your order's quantity
