2.The description and principle:
The working principle of the float valve is actually very simple. In fact, it is a normal on-off valve. There is a lever on the upper part of the valve. One end of the lever is fixed at a certain position of the valve. Then, at this point and near another point, a control valve is opened and closed. The mechanism, while the end of the lever is fitted with a float (hollow ball).
When the water level of the water tank is low, the float ball decreases with the water level. The piston of the valve body is pulled outward by the connecting rod of the fixed float ball, so that the air between the valve body and the piston is generated, so that the tap water can enter the water tank; when the water level of the water tank reaches the setting At the height position, the force generated by the rise of the float with the water level pushes the piston in the valve body through the connecting rod to the valve body. Since the top end of the piston is fitted with a sealing rubber gasket, the water outlet in the valve body is processed more smoothly and smoothly. When the buoyancy of the float exceeds the tap water pressure, the piston fitted with the sealing rubber gasket and the water outlet of the valve body are tightly sealed, and the tap water is closed by the float valve.
When the float is full of water and buoyancy causes him to rise, the valve will be closed to stop the water supply. When the water level drops, the float will fall, and the valve will open due to the action of the spring, and the water will enter the water until the float receives water. After the buoyancy rises, close the valve to close the water.
