Features of the Automated Sliding Door

1. Our sliding doors are driven by electricity. In case of power off, it can also be pushed manually. It is made with elegant appearance,smooth transmission and low noise. The door surface unevenness is not more than 5mm. The gap between door and the wall is not more than 10mm. This will also depends on the evenness level of your wall.

2. Our sliding door takes the structure of top-suspension and electricity driven.

3. Our door body takes metal lead as protection material. The frame was welded by U-steel and steel plate. It is solid and Ragid.

4. The door surface can be coated with aluminum plastic board and other material as per your request.

5. The door covers the wall hole on the top, left and right side.

6. Reliable machine and door co-lock. When the door is open, then the equipment inside the working chamber can not work. When the equipment inside the working chamber is working, then the door can not be opened.

7. There is safety E-eye protection system for unti-squeezing when the door is in the progress of closing. When the door is closing and some people pass by at this moment, the door will stop closing for safety.

8. In case of power off, our electricity driven sliding door can also be opened or closed by hand manually.

9. There are two limit switch at the door running end. If one of the switch doesn't work, then the other one will work.

10. Our door takes specialized transmission device, gear wheel and rack. The electric motor is powerful with low noise.

11. Our door takes the control of frequency conversion. The door running speed is adjustable. It can speed up or slow down or brake automatically.

Our x ray lead door is widely used for radiation protection in CT rooms of hospital, ASA equipment rooms, x-ray equipment rooms, C-arm equipment rooms, DR equipment rooms .

Lead equivalent: 2mmpb and 4mmpb, the 2mmpb is for about 200mA x-ray machine, and the 4mmpb is for 400mA and above and CT room .

Material: stainless steel or color aluminum alloy plate, and the 304# stainless steel is better in the quality, the color aluminum alloy plate is better in the color, you can choose the color.

The lead door protection door specially have stainless steel hand handle and fire prevention locks. Fire prevention locks melting temperature more than 1900 degrees , safe and durable. Easily cope with the frequent use of the public hospital requirements! The radiation protection logo would sign on the lead protection door and above the door it will have an indicator lights to remind the workers to pay attention to the radiation protection.

The metal lead plates are fixed in two ways : mechanical fixing and pressure bonding, to make sure that the lead plates will not get lower and fall off.  The flat-open protective lead doors are specifically designed with pressure bearings of particular types, which make the door flexibly, switch and produce no noise. The push-draw protective doors are designed with mute tracks of ground rack, and there are guide bearings on the doors, and thus it is very flexible and noiseless when switching the door.

The main body frames of these doors are welded by the steel square tubes 30mm*50mm from an angle of 45°, and are pasted with medical metal lead plates on both sides (the lead content of the medical metal lead plate’s reaches 99.994% ). The protective covering is of argon arc welding, and there is no aperture on the covering, to make sure that the radiations will never leak.

Patent power beam transmission technology. When the door leaf is closed to the right place, the door leaf will slightly shift to the door frame and the ground. The rubber pads that are arranged on the four sides of the door leaf can be completely combined with the door frame and the ground, which ensuring the air tightness. When the door leaf is open, the rubber pads will separate from the door frame and the ground in order to prevent from contracting the ground, greatly reducing the wear and prolonging the service life of the door.

Patent door leaf location technology. With the combination of double slopes inner the groove at the bottom of the door leaf and spherical surface directive wheel, the door leaf will sink and be close to the door frame when the door is closed, and vice versa. The door leaf will move from groove to the sliding railway up to the adjustment of directive wheel, which avoids from swinging.

The power beam is made of strength aluminum alloy section. The transmission structure is reasonable and reliable with life span of over 1 million times. The power beam can be installed in two ways: surface mounting type and enclosed mounting type. Easy and convinient to install and low noise, which is quite suitable for hospitals.

T he interior of the door leaf adopts an advanced high pressure foaming technolgy with strength aluminum alloy section door frames that is pressed molding by a large-sized platform ensures the smoothiness and flatness of the door leaf. The surface can be decorated with large-size matt stainless steel, steel, or aluminum, etc., and can be sprayed with plastic coatings of different colors.

High quality imported seal strips are embedded between the four sides of the door, which meets the sanitary requirements in hospital. The air tightness of this product is detected and meets the Highest Grade (grade 8) of the National Standard( GB/T7106-2008 ).

The door can automatically open and close when medical staff put a foot into the switch box or put a hand above the hand sensing switch. Safety photo cell can be installed in the door frame insures the safetiness.

We can design the lead door according to the customer inquiry. General speaking, the door frame is about 5cm thick. Pls note we should know the door size you need include the door frame size or not.
