A1: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A2:Sample/ stock: 2-3days. Bulk goods production: 30days. OEM/ODM: 40-45 days. Your own design sample: 15 days
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit order?
A3: Low MOQ, 3-5pcs for sample checking is available.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A4: We usually ship goods by international express or air ship. It will take 3-15 days to arrive, depend on which express you would choose. Or we can ship according to your demand too.
Q5. How to proceed and order?
A5: You can choose style on our web or send us which style would you like. Then we will quote and make invoice for you. We will charge 30% deposit before production. After production, we will send pictures to you, then we can go to finish balance and shipment.
