Products Description
Polyethylene wax (PE wax) is also called polymer wax for short polyethylene wax. Because of its excellent cold resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance and wear resistance, it is widely used. In normal production, this part of the wax can be directly added to the polyolefin processing as an additive, which can increase the luster and processing properties of the product. As a lubricant, it has stable chemical properties and good electrical properties. Polyethylene wax is soluble in polyethylene, polypropylene, vinyl polycerate, ethylene-propylene rubber and butyl rubber. It can improve the fluidity of polyethylene, polypropylene and ABS and the release property of polymethyl methacrylate and polycarbonate. For PVC and other external lubricants, polyethylene wax has a stronger internal lubrication effect.

1. It is widely used as dispersing agent in the processing of color masterbatch and polyolefin color masterbatch.
2. PVC profile, pipe, composite stabilizer in PVC profile, pipe, pipe fitting, PE.PP forming process to do dispersant,lubricant and brightener, enhance the degree of plasticization.
3. It can be used as paint, ink leveling agent, so that the products have good luster and three-dimensional sense.
4. Widely used in the production of floor wax, car wax, polishing wax, candles, crayons and other wax products.
5. Used AS a lubricant for cable insulation materials.
6. Used for all kinds of hot melt adhesive, thermo setting powder coating, road sign paint, marking paint, as dispersant.
7. As a rubber processing assistant.
