Motor Description
This series of DC motor is generally industrial small size DC motor, which requires constant power speed range no larger than 2:1, and overload capacity no larger than 1.5 times of electric traction of rated torque. The basic structure of motor adopts drop-proof uniaxial extension, self-fan cooled structure, applying in general normal working conditions. This series of motor has fine speed adjusting characteristic, reliable property and no need of direct AC power supply. It is with internal fan and self-ventilation. The motor can operate when the ambient temperature is -15℃~+40℃; Altitude ≤1KM; and monthly average air humidity ≤90% (If temperature is 25℃). This series of motor applies in industries of metal cutting machine, paper-cutting, dyeing and weaving, printing, cement, etc.

Q: Can you do OEM and ODM?
A: Yes, OEM and ODM are both acceptable. The specifications, color and dimensions can be customized.
Q: Our existing motor is not SIMO brand, can we use your motor to replace?
A: Yes, we have great design and production team, and we have done many successful cases to replace with other brands’ motors,such as ABB, SIEMENS, WEG, FUJI, TECO etc.
Q: What is the payment terms?
A: 30% T/T in advance, 70% balanced before delivery.
Q: Are the motors in stock?
A: We have large amount of motors in stock, including the IEC motors, DC motors and high voltage motors. But the inventory is dynamic and not every model will be in stock, please confirm before placing an order.
Q: How is your delivery time?
A: If the motor is in stock, it can be delivered within 7 days.
If not, the delivery time for different type is different, normally 60~90 days.
Q: What is your MOQ of this item ?
A: 1 set per item.
Q: How is your package?
A: All export motors will be well packaged to avoid any possible damages during transportation. Vacuum tin foil packaging inside, and solid wooden box outside. The motor will be firmly fixed on the box base.
Q: How long is your warranty period?
A: One year since the delivery date.

A: Yes, sure.
