Q:Why need pay sample fee for OEM orders?
A: If you need sample to check the quality, there will be sample fee and express fee, but sample fee can be refund once the order confirmation.

Q. Is your product good quality?
A: Quality depends on price, we have lots of items, we need to s atisfy different customers' requirements , some needs high quality , some needs low price.

Q. The shipping fee is too high , can you give us cheaper ?
A : When we calculate the shipping fee for you, we will use cheapest and safest shipping courier, the shipping fee I tell you is shipping company ask us to pay , so we cannot give you cheaper, but if you think it expensive, you could use your own shipping company ,it is ok .

Q: What about the lead time?
A: It depends on the products, normally one week workda ys for our stock goods, if the odm orders, it depends on the what fabric  you would  like.

Q: How can I know if my goods have been shipped?
A: Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking number once shipped.

Q: Shipping Way.
A: Goods can be sent by EMS ,UPS,FEDEX,DHL or other ways specified.

Q: Payment Way.
A: For OEM small order and In-stock items by 100% in Advance,
For OEM big order,30% in Advance and 70% before shipment.
