1.If I place an order today, when will I receive it?
Sample order normally need 3-4 business days to process and it will take another 4-5 business days to reach you by DHL ,Fedex and UPS .

2. Does the straight hair wave up when being wet?
If it is silky straight, our answer is "Yes, it does". But after it is dry, the silky straight style will be back. The Yaki Perm Straight and Light Yaki textures do not wave up when wet.
3. How to measure the hair length correctly ?
The hair length should be from the head top to the hair bottom as the hair is straight. the curl and wavy wig is process from straight wig, so in the same length, curl and wavy wig will be shorter by 1"-2" (it depends on how deep the curl is) than straight wig.
4. How many bundles do I need?
For average head size, here is my suggestion:
8”-20”:2 bundles
22”-30”:3 bundles
5. How long does the hair last?
With proper care (clean and condition the hair regularly, the hair will last more than 1 year.
6. How do I know if the hair is human hair?
Human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning and smell: When it is burnt, human hair has white smoke and smells like wool burnt, and it turns to ash.
