Q: Can we test some samples before place official order?
A: Yes, you can. During sample testing, we can customize OS per your requirements to short the delivery time of official orders.
Q: How many pieces should we place as a trial order?
A: MOQ of finished product is 500 pieces. while some paper work may requires more, for example colorbox, customized plastic case, user manual and warranty card etc.
Q: Will you help us to prepare some certifications to meet the final market?
A: For sure. To get certifications, some customers may need special samples to show to the official
laboratory, before that, we can modify samples per laboratory's requirements.
Q: As for the COVID-19, we may hard to inspect mass production before shipment, then how can we know quality?
A: It's general in recent years for most overseas customers. There are two ways for most of them did, one is we share videos, pictures and reports of each stage with them. for example, we send HD pictures for their approval before preparing materials, after that, we will share incoming inspect report, product processing inspect report, producing videos and quality control report etc with them. After get all these, customers will make a decision. the other is asking the third party to do inspection for them, which is also very reliable and professional.
