Silicone Rubber Heater can be manufactured from etched foil or from resistance wireas a wire wound circuit. The circuit pattern is vulcanized between two layers of siliconrubber and can be easily mounted to heat sinks or devices that need to beheated. Silicone rubber's flexibility can make your Silicon Rubber Heater in the shapeof flat, spiral wrap, blanket, and molded to shape.

Silicone rubber heater can besupplied with thermistors , thermostats, thermal fuses and thermocouples. Siliconerubber's flexibility will assemble the heater to your application through the processof vulcanization and the use of silicon and pressure sensitive adhesives. Silicone rubber heating elements have two material, nickel chrome heating wire and etching foil. Both types are heating fast and high thermal conversion efficiency.
