Yes, there are 3 languages available for our HI series products – Chinese, Japanese and English.

2. Could I get higher level of acid water to sterilize, if possible?
Yes, you could add salt to our HI-TAQ7 and HI-TA817 to produce acidic water of 2.4PH.

3. What is smaller molecule water cluster??
General speaking, tap water which is under pressure has very large clusters of 12-14 molecules. The ionization process breaks the electrical bonding of water molecules and restructures the water down to about 5-6 molecules per cluster.
