Q1:What is the MOQ?

A1:Our MOQ is 500pcs. No MOQ for samples.

A2: We are direct manufacture specialized in wood crafts for 10 years.So we can make custom wood items based on special designs

Q3: What is the payment term?

A3: 30% T/T deposit at first, 70% balance pay before the shipment. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q4 : I f your Logo or company name to be printed on your products or package?

A4: Sure.Your Logo can be putted on your products by Hot Stamping, Printing, Embossing,UV Coating,Silk-screen Printing or Sticker.

Q5 : How long can I expect to get the sample,lead time ?

A5:The samples will be ready for delivery in 3~5days.The samples will be sent via express and arrive in 5~7 days. And lead time are 30days or so ,based on order qty.

Q6 : How can I get the samples?

A6: If you need samples,we can make as per your request .You should pay for the transportation freight and cost for sample,while the samples cost can be refundable after you place the order.
