Product Description

Heavy duty Grade 70 Transport Chain

is made using high-strength, low-alloy carbon steel and coated with a yellow zinc chromate finish for corrosion protection and quick identification as grade 70 tie down chains. The high quality, standard link chain is heat-treated, and strength tested for superior quality.
All our grade 70 chains are embossed with the proper markings to meet NACM standards. Fitted with forged carbon steel clevis grab hooks attached at both ends.

· Grade 70 Transport Chain is used for load securement and binding applications designed specifically to provide a light, yet strong chain for binding, tie-downs, towing and construction use. Yellow Zinc is induction heat treated, the chain meets all requirements set by the Department of Transportation (DOT), CCMTA & CVSA for truck tie-down use.

· Grade 70 Chain is used in the following industries: Agriculture & Forestry, Construction, Bridge Builders, Highway and Street, Military, Transportation & Utilities - Power, Water, Sewer & Pipe.

G70 binder chain is NOT TO BE USED FOR for OVERHEAD LIFTING.

Forming : be formed to the required dimension. Z2 self-designed bending macine series for 3mm to 25mm chain.

Welding : The weld was produced using the resistance butt processes and positioned in the center of one leg of the link.

Calibrating : All links has beed calibrated before heat treatment.

Heat treatment : All the chain has been intermediate-frequency heat treated.

Proof testing : All the chain has been subjected to the manufacturing proof force test specified as standard.
