2.For other diagnostic software ,such as jlr sdd ,techstream ,it can work on win10 32 bit and 64 bit no problem now .other seller's openport 2.0 just support Windows XP/Win 7 32bits!
3.it supports techstream 18.00.008 ,the latest version ,not old version. other seller's openport 2.0 use the latest version will damage the hardware !

1.It can not update online,please just use softawre in the CD and the software link we send to you .
2.Computer System Requirement: Windows XP/Win 7 32bits,win 10 32bit and 64 bit.
3.Please close anti-virus programmer when run software.
4.According to buyer feedback, openport can support For Mercedes-benz, but we are not sure about the specific model and year.
