Q: Do you accept sample test order? And what is your sample handling charge?
A: No problem. Usually, you can test our most models by 1-10 pieces as trial order.
Sample price is about 10% higher than bulk order due to all kinds of costs reason.
Less than 10~20pcs, there will be extra $100~$200 FOB handling charge per shipment.
However, we will refund sample handling charge once customer place bulk order.

For sake of safe-transportation & economical port cost, if customer wants to test several models together, we strongly suggest customer mixed 20ft/40ft container to start.

Q: Can I have discount on price ? And free spare parts?
A: To keep competitive price advantage, we always offer customer the best price based on entire container with low-benefit. We only offer 1% free parts for entire container order.

Q: What is your payment way ?
A : We offer a series of payment options according to your order amount.
* T/T = Bank Transfer, available for all the order over than $500.00
* Western Union, less than $5000.00
* Paypal, for old customers or part orders less than $500 by express only
* Alibaba Trade Assurance,plus $100 service charge,

if personal credit card payment, FOB/CFR/CIF terms only.
* Irrevocable L/C at sight , over than $20000 + $200 Bank handling charge.

Q: What is your delivery time ?
A: It depends on the definite order,
RTS order can be 3~15 day since the date we receive your payment in .
Normally, electric scooters/Mobility, delivery time 25-35 days. E-Bikes, 45~55 days.
Our salesperson will confirm the delivery time well when we make PI for you.

Q: What is your warranty terms ? How do you make it once we have quality issue?
A: We offer 3-year quality warranty for framework, 2- year for Lithium battery, 1-year for rest part of vehicle.

Easy-broken parts & man-made damage is beyond warranty terms.

Once you have quality issue, please take photos/vedios as our request and provide to us as proof. So we can confirm the issue and give you solution timely.
Once it is confirmed quality issue within warranty time, we shall offer you replacing parts free charge along with next shipment by sea.
Usually, we also suggest customers ordering some percentage spare parts in case of urgent need to save express cost and waiting time.
