1. Are you the factory or trading company?
Gaogle: we are surely a factory with 100 workers and found in 2004. We have wooden room; polished workshop; dust-free paint workshop,hardware work-shop;installation workshop:office and showroom.
2. What is your MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity)?
Gaogle: One Set will be acceptable. But it would be cheaper if it is a big quantities.
3. What kind of materials you can offer?
Gaogle: Stainless Steel, wood, veneer, laminate, glass MDF plywood, arcylic, led lights ect.
4. What is your payment terms?
Gaogle: TT: Western Union and Cash will be welcomed
5. What is your delivery time?
Gaogle: Usually we only 12-15days to finish one project but it would be a little longer if the order was bigger.
6. How much is the shipping cost?
Gaogle: this shipping cost we never offer you directly but we will offer you some shipping companies to compare the freight as much as you could, and we will cooperate with shipping agent as well in order to make this shipping smooth.
7. how about your packaging way?
Gaogle: we have much experience in exporting goods tooutside China. And we know how to keep goods safe by a good and strong packing ways to deal with.
8. Do you have stocks and catalogue about this product?
Gaogle: becase our all products are customized by requests. We have no stock in the workshop. And if you want more pictures you ask us and then we can send you some designs what you need by email.
9. After receiving goods, how do we install them on site?
Gaogle: we can offer drawings to tell customers how to install them on site and if possible we can send one person to help them install them onsite and we have much experience in this.
