The pipe bending machines of SWG series are used for bending pipes, especially the common water pipes, carbon steel pipes, thick-walled conduit tubes, and the steel tubes that have low pressure to deliver liquid in cold environment. This pipe bending machine can be applied in building, petrol, mines and shipbuilding industries.

There are two types of pipe bending machine, i.e., the manual type and the electric type. The models of hand operated pipe cutter include SWG-1, SWG-2, SWG-3, SWG-4, and SWG-5, while the the electric driven pipe cutter include DWG-1, DWG-2, DWG-3, DWG-4 and DWG-5. The above-mentioned former models are portable because they are equipped with wheels. The automatic models work fast because they are equipped with a pump. The applicable sizes of pipes ranges from 1/4 to 5 inches.

The bending angle of this SWG portable hydraulic bending machine could be 90 degrees at most, The molds are made of strong nodular cast iron, which is of higher strength, plasticity and durability, compared to the normal cast iron. They are designed for bending of common water pipes, conductor pipes, gas pipes, thick-walled steel pipes, and so on.
