Working Principle：
The whole quick-freezing equipment is composed of insulation chamber and insulation door, net bet and transmission system, evaporator, control system, compressor, condenser and so on. The fluidized quick-freezing machine makes the product float onthe stainless steel mesh belt through mechanical vibration and wind pressure. so as to realize the quick freezing of monomer andprevent adhesion. Mainly applicable to vegetables, fruits and other grains, flake, block food fast freezing. When vegetables arefrozen, the center temperature must be within 30 minutes, from minus i degrees to minus 5 degrees, and then to below minus 15degrees. Frozen vegetables that can meet or exceed this speed can be called quick-frozen vegetables.
