THE BXZRW series ointment vacuum emulsifying and mixing device is composed of two major parts such as the main emulsifying and mixing system and pretreatment dispensing system, inheriting all functions and features of the vacuum emulsifying and mixing system.
Features
1.the machine is provided with the hydraulic lifting system and the vacuum ,heating cooling and other functions.
2.It adopts the unique main mixing system,controlled through variable frequency speed adjustment.
3.It is equipped with the independent moveable homogenizer,controlled through variable frequency speed adjustment. the materials are subject to circulate homogenization adn emulsification from outside to inside,realizing flexible application of the emulsifying and mixing system.
4.Users can select traditional pushbutton type or touch screen type human-machine interface PLC control system.
5. The parts that contact materials are made of stainless steel SUS 316L . The equipment conforms to the GMP standard.
6,The simplified equipment structure and flexible combined application realize homogenization adn emulsification of materials,discharging of finished products,automatic washing of the equipment, etc.
