A: If you have any inquiry, kindly advise the following: size, material or function requirement, quantity, other special demands (logo printing, package etc.). If it's the first time and you have no idea with the product, just contact us, we shall recommend for your option.

2. Q: How do you ensure quality?

A: We proceed according to ISO14001 from raw materials to finished products, we have our own QC system for strict inspection before delivery.

3. Q: What about the lead time for sample and how it is charged?

A: (1) 7-10 days if customized logo is required, charges according to your design; (2) 3-7 days for regular sample.

4. Q: What is your MOQ?

A: Regular products start from 50pcs, customized products start from 500pcs.

5. Q: What is payment term?

A: Normally require T/T 50% in advance, balance before delivery; For small order or samples order, 100% of total value to be paid in advance.

6. Q: What about OEM and ODM?

A: OEM and ODM are both acceptable.
