The tank has a remarkable working pressure range of 125PSI-150PSI, ensuring optimal performance in various applications.
Before leaving the factory, each Frp Pressure Tank undergoes rigorous testing procedures to guarantee its durability and reliability. It is subjected to a hydrostatic water pressure holding test, which is conducted at 1.2 times the recommended working pressure. The Frp Pressure Tank also offers a wide range of customization options. Customers can choose from various colors and models to suit their specific requirements.
In additional, the model 1054 Frp soft water tanks come in different variations to cater to different needs. It is available with a 4-inch top opening and a 2.5-inch top and bottom opening, in addition to the standard 2.5-inch top opening. This versatility allows for easy installation and maintenance.

In the process of blow molding/rotoplastic, the built-in flange and the inner liner are formed together, and the anti-leakage effect is better; Each flange connection part has 24 standard size mounting ports, which can maximize the connection between the tank mouth and the water distributor and other accessories, so as to achieve no penetration.
Each opening surface is machined, flat, smooth, no blisters and air bubbles, so as to ensure no leakage after installing the valve.

ARCLION ® Frp Pressure Tank is wound with high-quality epoxy resin, and is wound to the HDPE inner embryo by a tight process, which has a good pressure effect on the tank.

Tripod Base: Reinforced fiberglass material suitable for 24" - 80" tank.

All the base is produced by ourselves and is made of high quality first hand material, not used material, the damage rate and deformation rate of the base are 5%-9% lower than others.
