The peanut comes into the front roller by feeding hopper, and the peanut is peeled by the rubbing force of the suspension sleeve and concave plate to separate the kernel and shell. After separation, the peanut kernel and shell are dropped by the concave plate at the same time. When the front skateboard passes through the air duct, the peanut shell is blown out of the machine by the wind to realize the wind primary. The peanut kernels and the peanuts which have not been peeled fall into the specific gravity separation screen for selection.

The unshelled peanut small fruit goes down along the screen surface and enters the air feeder through the discharge trough. After the kernel and shell after the release of concave plate after falling, and then through the wind primary election, the specific gravity separation and selection, can achieve all shell peeling.
