KANGLIBANG Adhesion Promoter for Tape
KL-039-1 is a polymer surface primer. It has excellent adhesion to various plastic substrate surfaces, and can be directly brushed or sprayed on the substrate surface to promote adhesion of tapes to surfaces such PP, PE, PET, PA, ABS, wood, glass, metal etc.

How to Apply?
Step 1 : Clean
Clean the bonding surface from
dust and degrease.
And then let
the surface dry completely.
Step 2 : Apply the Primer
Use a brush, sponge or sprayer to apply evenly to bonding surface. Please not don’t over apply, a thin coating is sufficient. Wait 5-10 mins for the KL-039-1 to dry completely.
Step 3 : Apply the Tape
Apply the tape to the treated bonding surfaces. In order to make full contact between tape and the bonding surface, it can be applied with roller or other similar type of tool.
Step 4 : Adhesion Strength
Depending on the properties of the surface and the type of the tape used, full adhesion strength is achieved after 24 to 72 hours.
