A: Yes, this device needs a sim card which support 4g gsm network.
Q2: How many data traffic will it use monthly?
A: Usually 50mb data traffic will be need. For saving data traffic, you can set positioning time interval for device.
Q3: Why gps tracker show offline on the platform?
A: When you meet this situation, please check your sim card if it works normal. Try to send sms command "status#", show the reply message to our after-sales team, they will help.
Q4: How long will i get the package after payment?
A: This depends on logistics system. In normal condition, the package will arrive at your address in 3 years.
