Universal Catalytic Converter For Car Exhaust
The product makes full use of the coordinated effects of precious metals and rare earth composite oxides. The carbon monoxide CO, hydrocarbons HC, and nitrogen oxides NOX in the exhaust gas undergo oxidation/reduction, thereby converting them into non-toxic carbon dioxide, water and nitrogen.
According to the different standards of the carrier required by the vehicle, the quality of the carrier is also different.
It can be divided into Euro 1 (white carrier, which does not have any exhaust filtering function, but only serves as a noise reduction effect),
Euro 2 (addition of rare earth compound)
Euro 3 OBD (addition of platinum, palladium)
Euro 4 (addition of platinum, palladium, rhodium)

DOC with coating
The ceramic substrate is made of cordierite, The cells density can be 100 cpsi, 300 cpsi, 400 cpsi or 600 cpsi. The usual cpsi(Cell Per Square Inch) for catalytic converter substrate is 400, the shape of ceramic substrate is round, racetrack, ellipse and other special shape according to the customer's requirement. The ceramic substrate is made of cordierite, and it is used for car catalytic converter. The cells density can be 100 cpsi, 300 cpsi, 400 cpsi or 600 cpsi. The shape will be round, oval or racetrack. We can supply both ceramic element coated with noble metals of PT, Pd, Rh and ceramic element without noble metals.
DPF for Dissel
If the DPF is coated with precious-metal (such as Pt, Pd and Rh), black smoke with carbon particulate from diesel engine pass through a special tube and enter the filter. The carbon smoke particulate is absorbed to the filter made of metallic fiber felt,when passing the inner dense set and bag-style filter. When particulate absorption reaches some degree, the tail burner would be ignited to burn automatically. Selective catalytic reduction (SCR) catalyst called SCR flue gas denitration catalyst, SCR technology is denitration catalyst in the appropriate temperature, using ammonia (NH3) as the reducing agent, take the advantage of the reducing agent selective,preferentially reaction with industrial flue gas of nitrogen oxide (NOx), NOx is converted into no pollution of nitrogen and water, and NOx reduction efficiency is as high as above 90%. Thereby reducing NOx emissions, and reducing smoke pollution to the environment. SCR denitration technology has become the mainstream technology of flue gas denitrification in the world.At present, the commercial SCR catalysts are basically using TiO2 as base material and V2O5 as the main active ingredient, with WO3 and MoO3 as anti-oxidation and anti-poisoning auxiliary components.
