Scope of application:
Pouch food sterilizer retort canned food autoclave is mainly suitable for canned food (such as canned meat, fish, eggs, vegetables and so on) and protein drinks that need high temperature sterilization (such as tinplate cans, aluminum cans, glass bottles cans, drinks and so on). At the same time suitable for aluminum foil bag, high temperature cooking bag and other soft packaging products (such as: ham sausage, steamed boiled bag chicken, grilled chicken, pure milk and so on).
Structure classification of sterilization Pot: Single layer sterilizer, double layer sterilizer, double pot parallel, three-pot series, spraying sterilizer and so on.
According to the heating mode: electric heating, boiler steam heating (boiler needs customer-owned), electric and steam heating double use.

Characteristics:
1.high temperature short time sterilization,A small amount of process water cycles rapidly to reach the perset sterilization temperature,because of dispensing with exhausting before heating up,so up to 30% less needs in
energy compared with traditional steam retort;

4.PLC fullautomatic control is used for entire sterilization process which controls the heat distribution temperature within ±0.5℃;It can set multistage heating to save energy;It has F value measuring function and can store 100 sterilization formula;
5. Process water preheating system guarantees the hot filling product get continuous heating process;
6. Steam for sterilization function is optional;automatic up-sliding door and side-sliding door for option;
7.The whole sterilization process autocompletes in strict accordance with preset technical formula which has multilevel password to eliminate the possibilities of misoperation;
8. After power recovery, procedure will automatically recover to the preceding state before power failure;
9.Retort door is equipment with triple interlocking device to prevent the misoperations and accidents efficiently;
10.Double safety valves and pressure sensors are adopted to eliminate potential safety hazard.
