Product Description
The wires used in the thermocouple lance tips are extension wires. They are separated into type SC(RC), type BC and type WRe3/25(D).They are separately matched with Pt10Rh-Pt (Pt13Rh-Pt) Pt30Rh-Pt6Rh and WRe3-WRe25 expendable thermocouple.
Thermocouple lance tips are mainly used for rapid temperature measurement in metallurgy and foundry industry. Loop is formed, temperature signal is transmitted after connecting lance tip with thermocouple, thermocouple lance, extension wire, and secondary instrument.
The corresponding model of extension wire is applied. The high-tech welding technique is adopted to lead to the wire. The soldering and the third component are excluded in an attempt to improve the precision of temperature measurement. The insulating part employs high polymer material which is heat resistant(20 0 ℃), the integration of injection molding is used. Besides, the positional accuracy is high.
