1. Where’s your Factory?
R: Our factory located in Wenzhou City which is one of three sanitary base-areas inChina. It's about 2 0Km from Wenzhou international airport, and 2 hours by train from Yiwu or Hangzhou City.
2. What’s your MOQ ?
R: We are original manufacturer of shower panels, So we have no MOQ limits for the first order.
3 . May I use our logo for shower panel and the package?
R: Yes, of course. OEM/ODM is available
4 . How about your payment terms?
R: We accept T/T, L/C .
5 . May I use our own shipping agent?
R: Certainly!
6 . How long can I get the sample and how about your delivery time?
R: Generally we can finish your sample in 3-7 days at most, the DHL/ UPS/Fedex needs 5-7 work days to delivery. And a full container order, we can finish it in 15-30days based one the order demands.
7 . What certificate does your product pass?
R: We have CUPC ,PC,CE certificate at present. If you need CUPC standard quality, pls contact us.
8 . How about your product warranty?
R: We offer 3 years warranty and 2 years for LED light/ hydropower. We have strict quality control during the production. Normally, the shower panel will not have problems. If something wrong with the part after few years, we can offer spare part s replacement.
