This is a disc type forage harvester that draws on the design concepts of agricultural machinery from countries such as Japan and Italy. Its performance surpasses similar imported products, with a high-speed air-cooled engine, a direct transmission, and a multi clutch design. Both mowing and walking are independent clutches, and the mowing and walking are not affected by each other. The blade adopts a German brand alloy blade with a twisted design, which can cut the grass. The high-speed rotating cutter head has the Dwifungsi of flywheel and fan impeller, which blows the grass to one side after cutting. The blade rotates at high speed with the cutterhead and has the function of collapsing. When encountering stones or hardwood piles, the blade can collapse into the cutterhead, protecting both the blade and the entire transmission system, with minimal kinetic energy loss. The deceleration wheel hub designed by our factory has a differential function, which can actively turn and facilitate turning on the ground. At the same time, it has a differential lock, and the working parts will not swing left or right when working straight. Two working gears and one reverse gear, with herringbone high pattern tires for stronger grip. Suitable for harvesting soft stem crops such as grasses, medicinal herbs, weeds that cannot be harvested by other agricultural machinery, as well as for harvesting crops that have fallen.
