waste metal double shaft shredder
Introduction :
Scrap car shredder also named double shearing shredding machine, double shaft shredder, it decrease the size of the material through cut, tear, and extrusion , the shredding machine is mainly used for the recycling and crushing of the steel pipe, metal can, tin can, packing tape, tires, films, woven bag, broken fishing nets and other wastes .Driven by biaxial independent, unique knife shaft structure and the corners of rotary cutting tool, in the process of production of low speed high torque, won't appear the phenomenon of winding shaft, or stuck equipment, so as to improve the production efficiency.
Materials can be processed:
1. Various hollow containers: plastic beverage cans, plastic drums, iron barrels, boxes
2. Used household appliances: TV, washing machine, refrigerator shell
3. Pipe: Large pipe, pipe fittings, PE pipe
4. Waste Template: Wooden tray, plastic tray, forklift bracket
5. Used tyres: Small car tires, truck tires
6. Scrap metal: car shells, steel bars, aluminium alloys, scrap aluminum parts, engine housings, lead and steel plates with thickness of less than 6mm
7. Kitchen waste, household waste, RDF derivatives, medical waste, biological straw, garden waste
8. Rubber head material, paper factory stirring rope
9. Plastic film, paper barrel, cardboard, waste wood, tree root
Main parts of metal shredder
Item 1: Blades of metal shredder
My factory's hammers/ blades/knives are made by H13, 55 CrSi, 9 CrSi, etc. Knives' raw materials' depends on customers' raw material. If customers' raw material is plastic bottles, plastic bags, can bottles, wastes clothes, woven bags, wood wastes, straw, leaves, grass, plant stalks, sand, clay,, we can choose 9 CrSI, 55 CrSi, as raw material; but if customers' raw material is metal, iron, stone, ore, or any other hard raw materials, we need to use H13 as knives' raw material.
Item 2: Main shaft of metal shredder
Metal shredder's main shaft is much thicker than other factories. And we use double-bond belt pulley. This design can make metal shredder work much more longer time than normal type. and the whole set shaft can have long serving time.
Item 3: Hard-gear surface reducer of metal shredder
My factory's metal shredder adopts hard-gear surface reducer. This type reducer's gears and shafts manufacturing process though heating treatment. This process can make metal shredder have longer serving time. What's more, my factory's metal shredder also adopts four shafts driver rather than three shafts driver. This ensure metal shredder's crushing strength.

Before sales, we sales team will know know the real situaiton from our customers, such as the feeding size, crushing capacity, final sizes and the electricity condition,etc. then our technician team will design proposals according the situations, and we will update the solution according to customer's further requirements.
2. After concluding the contract, our engineer technician will prepare the foundation drawing about the equipemnts. at the same time, our production factory will prepare the equipment timely.
