1. Are you a factory or trading company ?
We are integrated industrial and trade enterprise, sales team is located in downtown Dongguan.
2. Can I have my own customized product?
Yes, you can customized for color, logo, design, package, very welcome.
3. Does Spring Box needed ?
Doesn’t need spring box, just put your mattress on the slats and cover with your bed sheets, that's all.
4. Can you provide samples ?
Yes, we can , please contact our sales and advice which model do you need. Sample fees and freight will be returned while there is order placed and meet our MOQ.
5. What is your MOQ ?
Normally our MOQ could be 10 sets, but consider the fewer the quantities you buy, the more freight you need to pay, we suggest you order by containers or 30 to 50 sets, in which quantities you can at least ship via sea to save your money.
6. What is your payment terms ?
T/T or L/C.
7. What is your delivery time ?
For those we have inventories , we can do fast delivery within 7 days. For customized products, it requires 45-60 days after we receive deposits.
