2 , typical use :
Electronic Components, LED Outdoor lighting potting ( Such as outdoor LED Wall washer. Underwater lamp potting protection ) .
3 . Operation instructions :
3.1 , before mixing :
a , component “A” Stir with Blender ( Speed setting :1500-2000 Turn / The mixing time is 3-5 Minutes ) . The agitator should be placed at a slightly off position in the center of the liquid level. The depth of the agitator inserted into the glue is about the height of the glue. 2/3 .
b , component “B" The container should be fully shaken in the sealed state before use.
3.2 , when mixing : By weight ratio “A:B=10:1” Will A/B Glue into a clean container ( Feed according to the required quantity ) And timely and quickly stir evenly ( Stirring time 3-7 Minutes are preferred. ) . 3.3 , evenly mixed glue must be in the gel ( Obvious thickening ) Use it before, otherwise it will cause waste of glue or poor potting effect.

5 , storage :
Store in a cool and dry place. The storage period is 6 Months (25 ℃ ) .
6 . Precautions :
a , sizing materials should be sealed storage, mixed sizing materials should be used up at a time to avoid waste.
b , this product is non-dangerous goods, but do not enter the mouth and eyes.
c , after long storage, the filler in the glue will have settlement and stratification phenomenon ( This is normal ) , after mixing evenly, the product performance will not be affected :
d , in special circumstances, if you need to adjust A/B Glue ratio, the sample after adjustment should be tested and applied again. ( Just so-so B The more components are used, the faster the surface drying curing is and the shorter the operation time is. )
e , the higher the ambient temperature, the faster the curing, and the shorter the operation time ; Conversely, the lower the ambient temperature, the slower the curing and the longer the operation time.
