Product Description
The Carbon Dioxide Mining Device is a novel equipment used in various mining operations, quarrying for rock splitting, and extracting coal mine gas, serving as an alternative to explosive blasting.
Constructed with high-strength metal tubes made of 16MuDr alloy, the Carbon Dioxide Mining Device is pressurized with liquid carbon dioxide at over 7.35 MPa within the tubes. Equipped with components such as a gasification heating device and a pressure-regulated blasting mechanism at the tube end, this device operates by activating the gasification heating device through a low-pressure mining intrinsically safe detonator. This process rapidly expands the liquid carbon dioxide within the metal tube into carbon dioxide gas, increasing its pressure several hundred times within 4 milliseconds. As a result, the main pipe of the
mining device experiences a sudden increase in pressure, breaking through the pressure-regulated blasting mechanism to release the gas through the vent holes at high energy levels. This effectively displaces the blasted materials, achieving the desired effect of rock splitting, quarrying, and coal extraction.
