Products Description
Water Treatment System
This water treatment system is mainly used to get pure water, mineral water, pre-treated water for all kinds of beverage. It can get rid of suspended matters and smell and color in raw source water, effectively also filter substance such as organics, microorganism, chloride, colloidal particles, and residual chlorine. Besides, this system filters can remove heavy metal ion to reduce hardness of the water, to make it reach to standard of drinking water.
Typical Reverse Osmosis Processing:
Raw water tank → Water pump → Silica sand filter → Activated carbon filter→ Sodium ion exchanger → Precision filter → Reverse osmosis → Ozone sterilizer → Water tank
1. Raw water tank: used for source water storage.
2. Silica Sand filter: get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid and so on.
3. Activated Carbon filter: remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter and so on.
4. Sodium ion exchanger: remove calcium and magnesium ions in the water.
5. Precision filter: ensure that the granularity of the water into reverse osmosis membrane is less than 0.1 um.
6.
Reverse Osmosis: the reverse osmosis can remove more than 97% of the soluble salt and above 99% of the colloid, microorganism, particles and organic materials.
7. Ozone sterilizer: use ozone Kill bacteria.
8. Water tank: for filter water storage.

Precision Filter
1. It can remove water, oil mist and solid particles with 100% removal of 0.01 μm and above particles, and the oil mist concentration is controlled at 0.01 ppm / wt;

Reverse Osmosis
The reverse osmosis deice is an equipment to purify the saline water with the action of pressu

e difference of semi-permeable membrane. It is called reverse osmosis, as it is counter to natural penetration direction. Different materials have different osmotic pressures.
The reverse osmosis can remove more than 97% of the soluble salt and above 99% of the colloid, microorganism, particles and organic materials. The most highlighted features are low energy consumption, no pollution, simple technique, high-quality water and convenient operation and maintenance.
Hollow-fibre Ultrafilter
This ultra-filter adopts dissymmetrical semipermeable film which is made from macro molecule material with special process. The raw liquid flows under pressure, inside or lut side the film. The macro molecule substance and colloid particles in the raw liquid are clogged at the film surface and are brought away by circulating raw liquid. Then the raw liquid becomes inspissated, furthermore, the substance in liquid is separated, concentrated.
Ozone Sterilizer
Some bacteria may not be killed by the UV, the sterilizer uses ozone to kill those bacteria.
