Tire Shredding

ZPS Tire Shredder is used to shred radial tire and fiber tire into tire chips of 50x50mm size in ambient process

the tire needs to be debeaded before shredding. It mainly consists of motor, speed reducer, machine frame,

shredding blades, rotary screener, transmission system, etc.

FEATURES:

1.The shredding chamber is closely mated with the left-hand drive. The cutter consists of blade and hooks. The function of hooks is to catch tires. Special anti-wear hard alloy is built-up welded on the working face of the cutter, which are durable and corrosion proof.

2.The shredding chamber is a combined structure and the cutter shaft is supported with rolling bearings, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.

3.The cylinder sieve or back-feed conveyer (optional) will repeatedly send those unqualified chips or shivers back to the shredding chamber, and at the same time send out those qualified ones.

4.The transmission system adopts a Hard Face Gear Reducer, which has a compacted structured with higher transmission efficiency, lower noise and longer service life.

5.The shredder is compactly structured and practically collocated. It is easy and reliable for operation and convenient for both installation and maintenance.
