Introduction of Liquid Mixing Tank
Stainless Steel Mixing Tank is widely for manufacturing various liquid products such as liquid detergent, shampoo, hair conditioner, body shower etc. The mixer tank consists of 3 layers stainless steel. The heating method can be electric heating or steam heating, and the temperature can be set according to the different products formula. Bottom homogenizer is optional. The top agitator designed with wall scraper mixer to enhance the mixing efficiency.
Features of Liquid Mixing Tank
1.Finished products can be discharged by valve or match a screw pump;
2.Double mixing systems: top wall scraper mixer and high shear bottom homogenizer;
3.Heating systems: electric heating or steam heating optional, or without heating movable design: the mixing tank can be small batch products mixing;
4.Industrial mixer/mixing equipment/mixing tank with agitator has high speed dispenser, mixing and disperse viscosity, solid and liquid, etc. Various kind of raw material will be dissolve which is such as AES, AESA LSA, during liquid production which can save energy consumption and shorten production period.
