Ultrasonic Jewelry Bowling Ball Cleaner Machine
The ultrasonic cleaning machine converts the high-frequency oscillating signal generated by the ultrasonic generator into a high-frequency mechanical oscillation through a transducer and propagates into the liquid. The ultrasonic wave radiates forward and densely in the liquid and generates tens of thousands of tiny bubbles. These bubbles form and grow in the negative pressure zone during the propagation process, and close rapidly in the positive pressure zone. In this process called "cavitation effect", the bubble closure can form an instantaneous high pressure of thousands of atmospheres. The continuous high pressure is like a myriad of small "explosions" that constantly impact the surface of the object, causing the surface of the object and the dirt in the gap to peel off quickly, thereby achieving cleaning purposes.
