Hydrophilic aluminum foil is treated on the aluminum foil hydrophilically. It is treated with a special process by coating a hydrophilic layer on the surface, then condensed water will rapidly spread on the hydrophilic aluminum foil, and thus it will not condense into water droplets, and increase heat exchange area, speeding up the cooling and heating speed, and therefore effectively avoiding the noise caused by the condensed water obstructing the air flow.
