PRODUCT INTROUCION
This single-phase mixer is applicable to the laboratories of construction scientific research institutions, construction companies and concrete component units. It can be used to mix ordinary concrete and light concrete. It can also be used in other industries to mix different materials. It can also be used to mix feed and seeds in farms.
It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, good mixing quality, short mixing time, low energy consumption and low noise.
It is suitable for mixing dry hard, semi dry hard, plastic and various proportioned concrete to meet the requirements of different working conditions.
Maintenance:
1 maintain the cleanness of the machine body and remove the dirt and obstacles on the machine body.
2 check the oil, circuit and control equipment at each lubricating position, and add lubricating oil as required.
3 before each shift, fill the mixing drum with water and idle for 1--2min, and check the working reliability of the clutch and braking device at the same time.
4. During the operation of the concrete mixer, check whether the noise of the motor, reducer and transmission gear is normal and whether the temperature rise is too high,
5 after each shift, the concrete mixer shall be cleaned carefully.
