The final finishing to the furniture is polishing by the beeswax in order to prevent it from the moisture. There are following steps for distressing the furniture
• For the object to distress, sand the entire surface then wipe the surface with a tack cloth.
• Paint the furniture in the base coat
• For the bare look, sand the base coat so that you can get natural distress look at the places that is easily touched and the corners.
• Now cover the furniture with the finish.
Rough wood mango furniture:-
More finishes is done on Mango wood to make it more attractive i.e. arra design mark done by machines. The beautiful furniture created after this process is called as rough wood furniture. That it is naturally finish by sealer & lacquer coat.
Sandblasted mango wood furniture:-
Sandblasting is also done on this mango wood furniture. In that process furniture is pass through high pressure of sand spread on that by equipment in a sand blasted chambers. Whitewash or lime finish is done on this type of furniture.

Cabinet are packed as single piece.
Standard packing consists of corrugated paper rolls & air bubble sheets for the value items(large items).Every piece is securely fastened with corrugated & plastic bubble sheets,safeguarding vulnerable parts with foam corners.
On packed piece label is used showing product code,weight,case no. etc. On glass product fragile sticker are use on package.
On client customize packing is also done like cartoon,drop test etc. It cost is additional.
Production time period is 45-60 days approximately for container load goods.
In 20' container load 28 CBM & in 40 HU container 68 CBM goods can be occupied .

A. Payment term is 40% advance & remaining amount on documents transfer OR Irrevocable L/C at sight.
