Floating seal consist of two same metal steel rings and two same rubber rings. Its workig principle is a pair of metal rings supported by a pair of rubber rings to form a closed apace with the cavity . When running, the after-grinding seal surface of the two metal rings act in close coordination and sliding relatively.

Installation Instructions

1. Thoroughly clean the installation groove and sealing.

2. Check the position of the rubber ring, with the joint line position as a reference.

3.Using a special tool to put half of seals into the entrance of the installation.

4.Check the rubber ring, make sure it is no twist or asymmetry.

5.Daub a thin layerlubrcating oil on the metal seal working surface.

6. Intall the other seal, and adjust the gap to make working pressure meet the requirements of the operating.
