5. If you think there are some flaws on units after receipt,please inform us by photos or quality report,if the flaws are existent in fact,please keep the units in their original condition,you can return it or ask us for replacement.
Custom units:
If error or fault is caused by us, please return the unit directly without any changes within 7 days,we will offer you prompt refund or repair or other requests. Except this,our custom units normally can not be returnable. Custom units are all made according to individual requests of different customers, maybe it can not fit anyone else, so please make sure everything is exactly what you want when ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect head sizes,variances in color caused by monitor settings.etc.
